Does Anyone Know What It Means to Be Normal? Stop trying to stuff yourself in a box that doesn’t exist 7 Powerful Reasons You Should Stop Trying to Be ‘Normal’ People generally want to be accepted. For many, this means fitting in with the crowd. In order to do that, you may feel pressure to think and behave a certain way. The trouble is that when you try so hard to be what someone else considers normal, you may lose a part of yourself in the process. Here are seven reasons why you should stop trying to be normal and start being yourself instead: 1. NORMAL MAY MEAN PLAYING IT SAFE It takes courage to stand out from the crowd and follow your own path. It may be easier to simply do what everyone else is doing, but it probably won’t be nearly as fulfilling. It can take a huge amount of energy to try to be normal. When you choose normality, you may inadvertently be giving up some of your own strength. You can empower yourself by choosing to honor your authenticity and staying true to who yo...

Questions men are afraid to ask women

Good evening beautiful readers and happy Sunday. Welcome back to my blog.

A few months ago I put out a request on my Instagram asking men what questions they had always wanted to ask women but were afraid to and you did not disappoint.

Below is a selection of the top 15 questions asked and my personal opinion on them

I am not a dating expert, relationship guru or medical professional of any kind but theses are just my own personal responses and beliefs to the questions asked.

1."Do you actually like it when a man approaches you with the intention of asking you on a date? I don't mean catcalling and that sort of weird shit, just being genuine and straightforward."

It's not so much being approached that is the issue, in fact, most people don't mind it in the least. It's when a guy can't take no for an answer the first time that it starts to get annoying. Some guys think they are being persistent and endearing, but in reality they come across as whiney and spoilt and there is nothing less attractive
"No" is a complete sentence.

2."What’s with all the pillows?"

To be honest, there is no real purpose for the pillows. We like them because they are soft or decorative or sometimes they just look good, and it's better than living in a bland shell.

3."Do y'all change pads when it's full, half, or even a tiny bit? That has to be uncomfortable, like wearing wet diapers."

This really is a matter of preference, girls have different levels of comfort, what some consider fine, others would not be able to bear the feeling.
This goes for the products girls use to, while some don't mind the feeling of a pad in their underwear, other hate it and prefer other products like tampons or cups.

4."Do y'all ever wear heels just to hear the clip-clopping of them on the pavement like you're the main character in a movie? Because that's what I'd do if I wore heels, and I want to know if there's a woman out there whose brain is on my wavelength or if this is just me."

This is an ASMR thing. It doesn't appeal to everyone but I love the sound of my favorite pair of heels clacking up a corridor, it definitely gives me main character energy.

5."Why do you steal my food?"

We are over grown toddlers who want something because someone else has it.

Also it looks and smells really good.

6."Why can some women get vaginal orgasms and others cant?"

There are genuine medical reasons why some women are unable to achieve vaginal orgasms, but a lot of it is down to individual biology.
People are different and we don't all react the same way to the same things.

7."Asking as a guy from a country where men are given little to no education about women's health and vice-versa. How can I help someone who's having a really bad time during their period?"

First of all, your already helping just by asking. This is a gold star question. Some women suffer horribly during their periods and having a loving, supporting, thoughtful partner help them through that means so much to us.
There is the usual things you can do to help, make sure she is getting plenty of fluids during this time and her favorite snacks are available, women need up to 500 extra calories during periods. If she seems genuinely disinterested in something, don't push it, those hormones are all over the place at the moment. You don't have to understand how she feels, just accept that she is feeling that. Plenty of pain killers, warm blankets, heat pads, favorite movies and hot bubble baths.
It seems like a lot to remember but once you've done it a few times you'll be on a roll

8."How much pleasure do you get from going down on a man?"

This really depends on the person a woman is with, if she is with someone she has a real bond with or has strong feeling for then we take great pleasure from seeing them happy

9."How can I present myself so that a woman would feel more comfortable approaching me? I don’t want to bother anyone by initiating a conversation, but I do want to seem approachable when I’m out doing things solo. I’ve been told I appear intimidating and aloof, but I’m super friendly if anyone talks to me."

This is really difficult to answer without knowing what you look like or the kinds of situations you are approaching women in. So lets pretend your at a bar. Don't sit in a dark corner staring at her without blinking, you look like a serial killer. Being with A group of friends makes you seem more human.
Glance in her general direction occasionally, if she looks in your direction and make eye contact, give a little smile and then look away back to your friends. Try this a few times before approaching, but always remember the 'No is a complete sentence' rule

10."What does sex feel like for you and physically, what is the best part?"

This is almost impossible to answer for a member of the opposite sex who doesn't have a vagina. Just remember that the female vagina and clitoris have 10,000 more nerve endings than the male penis

11."Do you admire a guy after he chooses to be vulnerable and bare it all in front of you?"

Boys today are still raised with phrases like 'man up' and 'boys don't cry', so for a man to overcome this and lay out his feelings, fears, insecurities is incredibly admirable.
Guys, you are human, you are allowed to have feelings and you are allowed to express them in a healthy and healing way.

12."What do women check out on men?"

This is objective, what some women are checking out on men wouldn't necessarily interest another woman. Some say women are looking for someone who reminds them of their father, personally I look for someone who looks like they take care of themselves and with an air of confidence about them.

13."Does butt stuff actually feel good or are you pretending to enjoy it for our sakes?"

Some women love that stuff, most of the time its just getting past that initial stretch and with the right guy it can be very pleasurable

14."What's wrong?"

Sometimes there is nothing wrong and we just have RBF (resting Bitch face).
Sometimes when we say nothing, it's because we are not ready to talk about it yet, we know what we want to say we just haven't figured out how to say it yet, and sometimes we want you to know us well enough and be paying enough attention to us and our lives, that you can figure out what may have upset us.
